1. Who we are
Climacon BV, established in Lokeren (Belgium), is the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for personal data processed through this website.
Climacon is the official distributor of Midea, Sabiana, Clint and Climapool, with offices in Belgium (Lokeren) and the Netherlands (Valkenswaard).

4. Retention periods
- Form data (contact, price list, become an installer): retained for 1 year after submission, unless an ongoing business relationship is established.
- Job applications: retained for 1 year after the final hiring decision.
- Newsletter: your email address is retained for as long as you remain subscribed.
- Website analytics: in accordance with Google Analytics retention periods (default 14 months) and Cloudflare.
5. Recipients and third parties
Resend (email delivery)
Form data is forwarded by email via Resend to our staff. Resend acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement. Servers are located in the EU. More info: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Cloudflare (hosting and security)
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical data (IP addresses, traffic data). More info: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Google Analytics & Search Console
We use Google Analytics to analyse website traffic and Google Search Console for search performance. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. More info: policies.google.com/privacy.
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
